Store Policies

•    We accept payments through most credit cards!
•    We will only ship an item after it is paid for.
•    If you wish to change or edit your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can work it out!  Within 12 hours you can change/cancel your order. 

•    Items are shipped within 1-2 weeks of ordering.  If the order is large (over 10 items), it may take a little longer to process before we can ship.  If you have any questions or concerns about this, please contact us!  We love to keep open communication so you always know where we are at with your order.
•    We ship all orders using Priority Mail 1-3 day shipping.

•    We can only accept returns if the item was damaged in shipping, or if we made an error in your order.  Please contact us if you are looking to return an item for one of these reasons.
•    If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us. We want to work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

•    Every item is made to order with great care.  Due to the delicate process, every item will be slightly different.  Imperfection is inevitable.  Please keep this in mind!
•    For personalized items, please be sure to specify what you would like in the “Order Notes” section at checkout.
